- One day per week. One hour class.
- Heroes In Training Class 1, 2 and 3 are all new classes at Ninja Nation.
- Weekly training is a great compliment to any team or individual sport, perfect for kids already in sports or new to sports, whether you are new to Ninja or have taking classes before. Ages 5-12.
